LET’S SECURE THEIR FUTURE

IN THIS MOMENT THE CHILDREN OF JAJARKOT AND RUKUM WEST, REMOTE NORTH-WESTERN AREAS OF NEPAL, ARE EXPERIENCING A REAL EMERGENCY.

MANY OF THEM ARE NOW HOMELESS, DON’T HAVE ENOUGH FOOD AND ACCESS TO SAFE EDUCATION

On November 3 2023, an earthquake of 6.4 magnitude  struck these regions, causing 157 deaths, 349 injuries and destroying 17,792 houses and 300 schools. The situation is still tragic, the Himalayan cold winter has arrived and temperatures have dropped. The population needs urgent action.

ASIA is starting the distribution of temporary shelters for families in the most remote and inaccessible villages,  and of temporary schools, where children can resume classes and be safe and protected.
